Board of Directors

Stuart Dougherty of Gilbert, Arizona is a Vice President with FirstBank. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communications from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Vice President

Corey Stoughton of Queen Creek, Arizona is a Vice President of Growth for Aramark Corporation where he started in 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Pittsburg State University in Kansas.

Treasurer

Barbara Smith of Gilbert, Arizona is a self-employed accountant. After starting her career in the financial industry, she spent the next 18 years working as a certified public accountant. Barbara is an active volunteer and has served as a Girl Scout leader for the past 13 years in Gilbert. Barbara earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois.

Secretary

Leslie Ruiz of Chandler, Arizona has been a business owner in Pacific Grove, CA for ten years. She retired from Isola USA after 26 years as a purchasing manager with extensive training in ISO compliance and Lean Manufacturing. She is has been a member of the Ocotillo Women’s League (OWL) since October 2014 and has held the offices of Chair and Co-Chair for the OWL Community Service arm. Leslie began volunteering with the Clothes Cabin in January 2015.

Members at Large

Shari Chapman of Fountain Hills, Arizona is a self-employed Leadership and Professional Development trainer and instructional designer. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from University of San Diego and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling-Career Counseling from Chapman University.

Dee Campbell of Chandler, Arizona is a Master Certified Corporate Trainer and owns her own consulting and training practice. She holds a Masters of Management Information Systems from Friends University, Wichita, KS and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baker University.

Kay Pratt of Sun Lakes, Arizona is a retired Certified Ophthalmic Assistant. She is one of the founders of One Small Step and has been active in its operations since 2001.

Mum Martens of Mesa, Arizona is Associate Chief Human Resource Officer for Maricopa Community Colleges. Mum graduated from Western Illinois University with a Masters in College Student Personnel.

Executive Director

Amanda Nosbisch has dedicated her career to removing barriers to learning and addressing needs for children and families. Prior to her work at Clothes Cabin, Amanda served as the Program Manager at the Kyrene School District and developed an expertise in executing programs, budgets, grant management, as well as creating partnerships and deepening community connections.

Friends Boutique Manager

Christie Maillet is a Chandler resident with a Master's in Educational Psychology and a passion for thrifting and nonprofit work. She brings a wealth of retail experience and a knack for spotting unique finds to our team.

Operations Manager

Tiffany Pittman has a lifelong passion for helping others. An Arizona native, she has an education degree from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. She loves the mountains and lived in the Denver area for 15 years before moving back to be closer to family. She enjoys volunteering in the locally, running, fly fishing, and kayaking with the family. Tiffany has volunteered since 2016 with Open Arms Care Center in Gilbert to provide families with much-needed food and clothing.
